This activity provides a current, comprehensive review of diagnosing and treating patients with hepatocellular carcinoma and is designed to meet the educational needs of interventional radiologists and other physicians at all levels with special interest in HCC.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this enduring activity, participants should be able to:
- Describe current staging systems/treatment paradigms for patients with HCC
- Review current ablative technologies/techniques for early stage HCC, including outcomes and future directions
- Explain the intra-arterial therapies employed in the treatment of intermediate-stage HCC, focusing on techniques, outcomes, and applications
