Creating and Maintaining Dialysis Access (On-demand)
- Evidence based lectures on managing Hemodialsis access and a review of the relevant literature and introduction to future cutting edge tools.
- Originally presented at SIR 2017 Annual Scientific Meeting
- Expires Oct. 27, 2020
ITEM DETAILS:
This course will provide an up-to-date overview of the ever-expanding role of IR in the creation and maintenance of access for hemodialysis. While new technologies will be highlighted, well established approaches to de-clotting and PTA will also be covered. A peek into the underlying cellular pathology will give a glimpse into the future of this field of IR practice.
