James M. Stuzin, MD is an internationally recognized expert in plastic surgery. He is a recognized expert on facial aging, and has co-authored several textbooks, including “Surgical Rejuvenation of the Face”, as well as over 70 articles published in plastic surgery journals. He also authored a textbook on “Chemical Peeling and Laser Resurfacing”. Dr. Stuzin has lectured at plastic surgery conferences in the U.S., Canada, Europe, South America and Asia. He has also performed live surgery demonstrations, as well as video demonstrations of his face lifting technique, in North America, Europe, and Brazil. Dr. Stuzin has enjoyed an academically recognized career in plastic surgery, establishing himself as a leader within the field. He has served as both Chairman, as well as Director of the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He has also served as President of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS). Dr. Stuzin is co-editor of the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Journal. Dr. Stuzin is also well known as the co-host of the Baker-Gordon Educational Symposium, one of the longest running education symposiums in plastic surgery.
