This course will review the basic principles and technical considerations for venous access, with an emphasis on creative solutions in access-challenged patients. Additionally, techniques for managing catheter-associated thrombosis and catheter dysfunction will be discussed.
This program is designed to meet the educational needs of interventional radiologist, nurses, techs and other physicians at all levels with special interest in venous intervention and core IR.
