Venous Ablation: Best Practice and Evolving Techniques (On-demand)

The overall goal for this activity is to increase the physicians knowledge of the evidence supporting treatment of mild to severe venous disease. This on-demand course reviews newer techniques in venous ablation, evidence for thermal and non thermal ablation, evidence based treatment for advanced venous disease and evidence based treatment or not for less severe venous disease.
This program is designed to meet the educational needs of interventional radiologist, nurses, techs and other physicians at all levels with special interest in venous ablation.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this on-demand activity, participants should be able to:
- Describe evidence based treatments of superficial venous disease
- Recognize when to use various therapies for advanced venous disease
- Distinguish between when to treat superficial versus deep vein disease first.
