SVU 45th Annual Conference: Vascular Imaging Educators Workshop 2023

Look no further than the newly updated Vascular Imaging Educators Workshop (VIEW) from the Society of Vascular Ultrasound (SVU). With contributions from over 40 experts from the SVU, VIEW provides a complete educational experience on the use of vascular ultrasound for the diagnosis and treatment of vascular disease.

First unveiled at the SVU 45th Annual Conference, VIEW covers a wide range of topics over 14 sessions. In Session 1, experts discuss lower extremity arterial imaging, including detailed preoperative arterial mapping in cases of chronic limb-threatening ischemia and peripheral interventions. Session 2 focuses specifically on advanced arterial duplex in the setting of chronic limb-threatening ischemia, while Session 3 is a joint session with the Society for Vascular Surgery on the physician-vascular technologist relationship.

VIEW continues with sessions on cerebrovascular imaging, transcranial doppler, abdominal imaging, and hemodialysis access.
