CME Designation Statement – Physicians
The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (The Aesthetic Society) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
In-Person Attendance:
The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (The Aesthetic Society) designates this live activity for a maximum of 33.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. The all-inclusive education is designated for 22.75 credits, of which 9 are Patient Safety CME. An additional 10.5 credits are designated for optional education. Earn up to 33.25 CME credits by participating in a CME designated activity in every time slot.
Virtual Attendance:
The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery designates this internet live course for a maximum of 32.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. The all-inclusive education is designated for 22.75 credits, of which 9 are Patient Safety CME. An additional 10 credits are designated for optional education. Earn up to 32.75 CME credits by participating in a CME designated activity in every time slot.
DISCLOSURE POLICY
The Aesthetic Society requires all faculty, authors, planners, reviewers, moderators, staff and all other individuals in a position to control or influence the content of an activity to disclose all financial relationships in the past 24 months. The Aesthetic Society also requires faculty/authors to disclose when off-label/ unapproved uses of products are discussed in a CME activity or included in related materials.
All identified relevant financial relationships have been mitigated and the educational content thoroughly evaluated by The Aesthetic Society for fair, balanced, and safe, effective patient care.
International Physicians
The American Medical Association has an agreement of mutual recognition of Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits with the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS), the accreditation body for European countries.  Physicians interested in converting AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ to UEMS-European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education CME credits (ECMECs) should contact the UEMS at [email protected].
Physician Assistants
A letter of attendance will be provided to the participant upon completion of the activity evaluation. The national Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) accepts AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ from organizations accredited by ACCME. The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (The Aesthetic Society) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Nurse Practitioners
A letter of attendance will be provided to the participant upon completion of the activity evaluation. The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Board (AANPCB) accepts AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ which is equal to 1 contact hour for recertification. Registered Nurses
A letter of attendance will be provided to the participant upon completion of the activity evaluation. Individuals are responsible for contacting their professional licensing organization to confirm acceptance of participation in the activity.
